"Kishor Pachkude" - at your service
My sincere gratitude to everyone. My name is Kishor Shivram Pachkude. I was born on the 28th July 1981 in Bhayander, Thane District of Maharashtra. I received a very healthy and supportive environment at home. For this, I always thank God; whose blessings have given me love, happiness and success in life.
My father, Sri Shivram Pandurang Pachkude, is a retired non-government employee. He provided me a good environment for education and guidance and my mother, Smt. Prabhavati Shivram Pachkude, being the perfect homemaker provided the moral support and excellent grooming.
I completed my graduation in Commerce from Shankar Narayan College Of Arts & Commerce, Bhayander, which is one of the prominent colleges in the Mumbai, Maharashtra state. I further completed my Master In Business Administration Finance from Prin.L.N.Welingkar Institute Of Management Development & Research, Mumbai, Maharashtra State. After completion of Graduation, I took up my first year long job with Hettich India Private Limited as a Assistant Manager – Accounts.
How I Begin?
But I was aiming for something higher. To achieve my goals, I decided to start a business of my own. That was the time I attended Indian Institute Of Excellence (IIOE), which gave me the desired peace of mind & imbibed ethical principles in my life. Realization of my inner self and goals in life helped me attain better perspective and bigger picture in life. The joy brought about by helping others, helped me decide upon his profession of an insurance adviser.
I took up the job of a part time LIC agent on the 28th Jan 2009. LIC BRANCH-92L, HIMALAYA TOWER, OPP GOLDEN NEST, BHAYANDER-401105. LIC was the only insurance company in India then. Gradually, I got the knack of it and realized that I was on the right track and could take full responsibility of my life. It was only then that I decided to become a full time professional LIC agent in the year 2012. I am very grateful to my guru Mr. Anuj Saraogi, Development Officer, LIC, and to all the BMs, ABMs, and the staff members who persistently motivated me to shape my career effectively.
Recognition
Once on the right track, I never looked up. Hard work and diligence being my prime companions, I attained the different club membership of Insurance like BM (Branch Manager) and DM (Divisional Manager. All this I achieved and still achieving with the kind support and guidance of all the people who are working with me and give me opportunity to serve them with the best I have.
Learning Approach
I believe in training and learning so that I am always in a position to provide the best solution to our customer and the most important professional change in my career came after attending training Programme at IOE, Mumbai along with 39 top agents from all over the India. I express my special & humble regards to 'Deepak Bhai' and 'Mukesh Bhai' whose blessings for me materialized in the form of "THE INDIAN INSTITUTE OF EXCELLENCE", a premier institute to impart training for insurance agents. The courses at this premier institute helped me become clearer about my goals in life and more confident to make it one day.
Last but not the least, I also attend various training programme from time to time like Raja Yoga, Mind power workshop, Art of living, Landmark education, Pranic healing, etc. so as to bolster my morale, to have a constant flow of energy, & to achieve spiritual excellence in life.
My career goals have always been high. I aspire to beat my own previous year's record by doubling my performance. I want to achieve exceptional professional success in my career. But I take care to give enough time and fulfil my duties towards my family, society and above all towards God.
I want to express my thanks to my extended family and friends for their unconditional support, efficient guidance and untiring cooperation without which I might not have been able to achieve my goals. And of course, I thank the Almighty for all the blessings he has showered on me.

Our job is to provide assistance to our customer in buying insurance, savings, child education & Marriage, retirement and many other customized products which are most suitable and useful for an individual and his family. We see needs from our customer's point of view and then put our best effort and use professional approach to fulfill the same.
